Payment
Online ordering with your
credit card is simplified and secure through either PayPal or Google Checkout. Add items to your
cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. Make final updates to your cart before
clicking PayPal or Google Checkout. Discover, VISA, MasterCard and American
Express credit cards are accepted. Currently coupons and gift certificates are only
compatible with Google Checkout. We can also accept credit card payment by phone.

We also accept personal checks and money orders, but these orders must be processed
via phone or email and require a waiting period before items ship to ensure
sufficient funds. All nonsufficient fund checks will be subject to a $25
processing fee.

Domestic Shipping
Flat rate shipping is available to all 50 States plus US Territories
based on pre-tax order total as shown in the following table.
We make every attempt to process and ship orders within 2 business
days of receiving the order. Most orders are shipped via
USPS Priority Mail and generally take 2-7 business days for
delivery depending on zone. Large orders to Alaska, Hawaii and
US Territories that do not fit into USPS Flat Rate Priority boxes
will be shipped via USPS Parcel Post and may take 11 days or more.

International Shipping
Canada
We can process orders for Canada through our web site. Just select Canada in the
appropriate select box in PayPal checkout. Up to 4 pounds will be shipped via USPS First
Class International, however, over 4 pounds must be shipped USPS Priority (and thus the
larger price break at $50). Shipping times vary based on these methods and delivery zone
but generally take 4-12 business days. Flat rate shipping rates to Canada are based on the order total
as shown in the following table.

We can also ship orders to many other countries. Currently our web site can
process orders to Australia, Austria, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece,
Ireland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United Kingdom. If your country is not
in this list and would like us to set up automated shipping for your country please
email us. Otherwise orders may be placed by email and a PayPal invoice will
be emailed to you. Due to excessive risk we will never ship to Indonesia, Malaysia,
Nigeria, Philipines and Vietnam. Shipping times vary based on country and package
weight but generally take 2-3 weeks. If you have not received your order after 3 weeks please
email us. Other countries have flat rate shipping rates based on the order
total as shown in the following table.

For other countries and APO/FPO's (or for those who just prefer ordering via email) please
email us your order including your shipping address and we will send you an invoice including shipping cost. Payment can be
made via PayPal in US funds.
Local Pick Up
Our manufacturing space is closed to the public due to liability issues. To save
local customers on shipping costs, we are happy to accommodate local pick up of orders in the
Denver/Boulder metro area by appointment only.

Backorders
You will be notified via email if any of the products in your order are out of stock. In this email you will be asked to
have Mountain Girl Botanics:
1) Ship the items that are in stock immediately and ship the other product(s)
as soon as they become available.
2) Ship the items that are in stock immediately and offer a refund for the cost of the out of stock item(s)
and partial refund on tax and shipping as it would apply.
3) Hold your order until all products are in stock at which point the entire order is shipped.
4) Refund and cancel your entire order.
Return Policy
Mountain Girl Botanics is fully committed to providing customers with the highest quality body care products. If you
received a product you believe has a manufacturing defect please contact us immediately. We will always replace any
items determined to have manufacturing defects. In some cases we may request return of products for our investigation.
If a defect is found to be due to manufacturing error we will reimburse the customer for return shipping and will replace
the product per the original order.
If you receive an item that is damaged in shipping, save the original packaging and we will provide you with information to negotiate
replacement or refund via the shipper's policy.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any other reason we can accept returns under the following terms:

to request a return code from Mountain Girl Botanics
2) Send the product back to Mountain Girl Botanics (make sure to include the return code)
3) Upon receiving the returned item(s), Mountain Girl Botanics will credit the customer's account
for the purchase price less a $5.00 restocking fee.
NOTE: We are unable to refund shipping and handling charges for the original purchase or return.
Mountain Girl Botanics will not refund or re-ship any orders that were classified as undeliverable or misdirected
due to incorrect/incomplete address provided by the customer. We will provide tracking information upon request
to help locate a package.
We offer small sizes of most products so that you don't have to commit to a large
quantity. Please email us
